Message	even if you are perfect. There are enough shops or customers for that matter out there installing what you sale that have no idea what they are doing. Something goes wrong, and who do they blame first? From installation, to tuning, and even basic care like oil and coolant, things are going to happen failry regulary that aren't your fault that will be blamed on you until you prove otherwise. By the time you prove otherwise the damage has been done and everyone just assumes that it was your fault.
